Even more, it can safely go from freezer to microwave or oven (up to 500 degrees F) without buckling or shattering. For best results, grease each indentation with cooking spray or solid vegetable shortening prior to baking. Place the mold onto a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan for level baking and easy removal from the oven. Dishwasher safe.
